When you use FersmithAI, we also collect information you provide during onboarding, your learning progress, and basic technical and usage information such as the page, action, browser type, and campaign parameters. If you request a free guide, we collect the email address and campaign information you submit with that request.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide FersmithAI, deliver requested guides, personalize your learning plan, understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and send product updates when you have given us permission. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure compliant with industry security standards. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
4. Cookies and Measurement
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. FersmithAI also uses aggregated site analytics. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you select “Accept all.” They help us understand page use and measure whether an advertisement led to a requested guide. You can change this choice at any time through the Cookie settings button.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google OAuth for authentication, Supabase for database services, Resend for email delivery, Paddle for payments, Vercel for hosting and aggregated web analytics, and OpenAI for AI-powered product functions. With your permission, Google Analytics and Meta may receive device and browsing information for measurement. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
